Unfortunately,  due to food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any of our products. However, if a jam is not to your liking, feel free to contact us – we make a variety of flavors that we are sure we can find the perfect flavor for your next order! 
 

Lost or Stolen Packages


The Royal Gourmet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, The Royal Gourmet, Co. will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all US orders.

All orders ship within 24 to 48 hours if ordered Monday through Friday morning. All orders received on Fridays after 12:00 PM, Saturdays or Sundays will ship the following Monday.

Usually, it takes 1 to 2 business days to deliver orders in Florida, to other States, it takes  3 to 4 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the products at trg@theroyalgourmet.com. If your item has been received damaged please include pictures of the damaged item(s) in your email.  We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. In the case of exchanges, we will ship out a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
